Houses located on streets running east and west, east of Main Street shall be given odd numbers on the south side of the street and houses located on the north side of the street shall be given even numbers. The first block east of Main Street shall bear numbers in the 100’s, the second block east shall bear numbers in the 200’s, etc. until the east city boundary is reached. Direction in which the house faces shall be its determination for number.

Houses located on east and west streets, west of Main Street shall be numbered in the same fashion as described in section 4-701.

On streets running north and south in particular, between Santa Fe Avenue and Seventh Street and any extensions thereof, houses located on the east side of any north and south street, facing west shall bear uneven numbers, and houses located on the west side of the street, facing east shall bear even numbers. Blocks running north from First Street shall bear the numbers in the 100’s in the first block north, 200’s in the second block north, etc. and shall be designated north and property south of First Street on north and south streets shall be designated south.

All streets running east and west and south of Santa Fe Avenue shall be designated in the same manner as provided in sections 4-701:702 except that numbering shall commence at north end of north and south locations and be designated south.
