The following shall be and are hereby declared to be the fire limits of the city:

Lots 1 thru 12 in Block 3; Lots 1 thru 6 in Block 6; Lots 7 thru 12 in Block 7; South half of Block 9; All of Block 10; All of Block 11; All of Block 12; All of Block A and any vacated public R/W adjoining thereto; All of Block K; All of Block 41 and any vacated public R/W adjoining thereto; All of Block 42 and any vacated public R/W adjoining thereto; All of Block 43 and any vacated public R/W adjoining thereto; South half of Block 44; South half of Block 45; South half of Block 46 and that portion of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad R/W lying north of the main track and east of Main Street.
